Chocolate mousse with boiled eggs
Here is a recipe for chocolate mousse with boiled eggs. There are many recipes with chocolate mousse made on eggs out there, this is my version. Eggs are healthy, eat them! This page is under construction and more recipes will probably follow.
Making it is almost as much fun as eating it. But be careful not to overindulge; the chocolate mousse is very rich. It’s easy to eat too much when you suddenly have so much of it. I guess you could call this keto or lchf if you don't count the carbohydrates in the Erythritol. It's absolutely best when served with whipped cream.

Recipe for 6 servings
You will need a good kitchen mixer. Perhaps you can try with an immersion blender but I have not tried that. But you could give it a try.
Place 6 eggs in boiling water and boil for 8 minutes. Rinse in cold water and peel. Place in a kitchen mixer with 1 dl (100 ml) cocoa powder, 1 dl (100 ml) erythritol, the juice of a large orange 1 dl (100 ml), 2 tbsp rapeseed oil, and 2 tsp liquid stevia, 50 grams of melted butter. Blend for one minute. If some egg bits remains on the sides, scrape them down and blend again. Use a spatula to scrape the chocolate mousse out from the mixer. Ready to serve, with whipped cream. Cooking time about 20 minutes. Press the orange juice when you're waiting for the eggs boiling. If you have organic oranges, you can grate the zest and add it to the batter. However, commercially grown oranges are sprayed with so many chemicals that the peel tastes bad.
About Erythritol and Stevia
Erythritol is sold under different names: Sukrin, nicks use like sugar and more. It contains no calories and the carbohydrates does not raise blood sugar. Some newspapers and websites issue warnings, claiming it is dangerous, but there are major financial interests corrupting the media to scare us. Who wants to scare us? Sugar companies, aspartame companies, and pharmaceutical companies. They want us to have diabetes, be overweight, and be dependent on the healthcare system. I have used erythritol for quite some time without getting sick.

If you don't want Erythritol you can use honey and Stevia, then take 3 tbsp honey and 2 teaspoons liquid Stevia. Or use Xylitol (birch sugar)

Flavoring with Japanese mint oil
If you don't wan't orange taste you can skip the orange juice and instead take 1 dl (100 ml) milk and some Japanese mint oil. Perhaps 4 drops? Japanese mint oil is very strong.
Buy Japanese mint oil
Or you can of course skip both the orange and the Japanese mint oil and just settle for the chocolate flavor, but then you should use 1 dl (100 ml) of milk instead of the juice.
Flavouring with nut butters
Don't want mint or orange? Go for nuts! Instead of orange juice take 2 dl (200 ml) milk and 1 dl (100 ml) peanut butter, unsweetened. You shall also add 2 tbsp extra Erythritol. Then you can serve the chocolate mousse with 50% peanut butter on the side. Instead of peanut butter you can take hazelnut butter or pistachio butter. Serve nut butter on the side. When served with nut butter on the side, the chocolate mousse is perfect as a topping for vanilla keto ice cream.
Thank God - the Almighty Creator
