Harmful chemicals and plastics in our everyday life
Sucralose (with chlorine), Aspartame, Formaldehyde, Triclosan, Bisphenol A (BPA), Phthalates, Pfas and pesticides harms your body and creates sickness in the long run. It's time to replace your usual soaps, shampoos, toothpastes and sweeteners, make-up, skin creams for organic sustainable alternatives. Start shopping such things at health food stores. Replace your plastic drinking bottle with a glass or stainless steel one. Do the same in the pantry. Replace plastic containers with glass. Replace the Teflon pan with a cast iron one. Think about which diet products you eat/drink and avoid Sucralose and Aspartame. Even tableware contains harmful substances like Melamine that create kidney stones.
