Suggestions on how to build houses to survive forest fires, floods and earthquakes. Build on the water! When building residential areas, you have to spend quite a lot of money on land preparation, which is very expensive. If you build on water, you avoid this cost.

Build on the water!
You get direct access to water and many appreciate the proximity to waterways and lakes for the beautiful view. What about sewage? You can have incineration toilets or compost toilets. The solution to building on water can be problematic in countries with cold winter climates where thick ice can crush the floating houses and boats, but if you build on smaller lakes and ponds, the risk of destruction is not as great because the ice is not as big or strong there. The ice does not move as much in a small lake. You can build entire residential areas on the water. A road, two rows of houses, then another road followed by two rows of houses, etc. Each house would probably have a small motorboat or why not a sailboat if you want to go fishing. Solar cells on the roofs and or vertical wind turbines for each house. If you build on the water, you avoid forest fires, floods and earthquakes. Smart! But of course, building on the water has its limitations. Hurricanes and tornadoes can be hard to deal with. But hurricanes and tornadoes are probably going to be pretty hard to deal with no matter where you build, unless you build underground of course. One danger for building on water would be extreme drought so that the lake disappears. But this is not so likely to happen.
One danger if you build on the sea can be tsunamis so it might be best to build on lakes.
Another advice for protecting your house is to live according to God's will, avoiding porn, sexual sin, drugs and so on.

If you don't want to build villa areas on the water, you can build a simpler house boat. It's very beautiful and you can move around quite freely.
