IBS - Irritable Bowel Syndrome
IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome symptomps may be stomach discomfort and pain, diarrhea, constipation, gases, bloating. Treatments: High-Fiber Foods, Low-FODMAP Diet, Herbal teas. There are probably some habits you need change, foods and things you need to quit. Or is it stress? Tobacco, alcohol, fizzy drinks or chewing gum? Discover something new, new foods, new things to drink. Below are some probiotic supplements listed. That can be a part of recovery. Artificial sweeteners like Sucralose and Aspartame should be avoided if you ask me. The artificial sweetener Sucralose contains clorine, read at the bottom of the page. The pain killer ointment Voltaren/Voltarol can cause stomach irritation, bleeding and death. The household chemical Triclosan, Bisphenol A and pesticides can cause or worsen IBS. Perhaps ditching your regular toothpaste and hand soap, shower cream for organic alternatives is a good idea? Eat organic food and avoid plastics.

IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome information
Things that can trigger IBS are: alcohol, coffee, tobacco, mouth wash, fizzy drinks, gluten, dairy, spicy food, fried foods, medicine, stress and high fodmap foods.
Remember not to eat too quickly. Don't stress when you eat. This is a problem for me. I stress way too often when I eat and also overeat often. Don't eat too much fast food/junk food. Take ten minutes or fifteen minutes to rest and digest the food after eating.

Stress as a cause of IBS
We are many who stresses to much these days. Running around with a hamburger in one hand and your cellphone in the other is not the ideal. Try to stress down, try to calm down and make other priorites. Save time - kill time.. what's so smart with that?
Perhaps you need a lifestyle change? I would not recomend yoga or mindfulness. I recommend prayer to Jesus Christ and Bible reading. Think of that God has created you because He, the allmighty Creator wants to be your friend. Take some time and talk to God. Spend time with God. Pray to Him and pray for healing.

FODMAPs
Low FODMAP diet for IBS
FODMAP stands for fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides and polyols which are short-chain carbohydrates (sugars) that might cause digestive distress. Following a low FODMAP diet can help people with irritable bowel syndrome - IBS. You eliminate certain foods (high FODMAP foods) for some time and then you slowly introduce them again and check how you feel, what is good for you? What is bad? There are lists of foods to eat and foods to avoid. A recommendation is to do a period of two to six weeks on the low FODMAP diet.
